Welcome to Cascade Camps
Cascade Camps is a family run business with over 20 years experience running activity day camps, overnight camps, performing arts camps, adventure travel programs and sports camps for kids. At Cascade Camps our motto is ‘It’s All About The Kids’. Our staff do whatever they can to make your child’s time with us the best possible experience where every individual child can have fun, grow, learn and make memories that last a lifetime.
All of our camps have excellent spaces and facilities for children ages 3 to 14 years of age to enjoy all of our amazing activities and camps. We understand that children of different ages have different needs and we believe that all children should be given a safe and welcoming place to express themselves while learning and developing at their own pace. All of our camps and activities are designed to be age appropriate so that children can have an amazing time while exploring their interests, developing new skills, perfecting skills they already have, making new friends, gaining confidence, building social skills and being active.
Our experienced and friendly staff provide a warm and welcoming environment where children are greeted with enthusiasm each day. All staff members are extensively trained and highly experienced to ensure your child's safety and enjoyment while at camp and all members of staff undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Meet The Team
Cascade Camps is a family-run business with over 75 years’ combined experience in camps, education and childcare provision. We started Cascade Camps because we are passionate about providing opportunities for children in our local community and believe every child should have the experience of going to camp. We are committed to providing an amazing program for your children, no matter what their interest.
Our Staff
Our staff are the difference. At Cascade Camps your children are cared for by passionate, enthusiastic and experienced staff who have a genuine interest in working with children and are experts in fun! All of our staff have gone through a rigorous recruitment and training process, and have been chosen for their experience, qualifications, character and attitude.

While camp is all about having fun, we are also dedicated to providing a safe experience. All camps have a designated First Aider and the Site Manager is always contactable throughout each day. We encourage parents and carers to call to check in. So, whether you are running late, need to change your pick-up plans or just want to check that your child has settled in, please feel free to call us.
Breakfast & After School Clubs
Our Breakfast and After School Clubs - Cascade Kids - provide a welcoming, safe, engaging and fun wrap around care option for children. Inspired by our non-stop fun holiday camps, children will be looked after by our fantastic staff while being able to choose from a variety of activities each day.
Breakfast Club
Cascade Kids Breakfast Club strives to give children a great start to the school day. We provide a variety of nutritious breakfast options for children when they first arrive. After breakfast, children can take part in a number of engaging activities that prepare them for the day ahead.
Breakfast Club is open for children in Reception to Year 6.
Breakfast Club opens at 7:30am.
After School Club
Our After School Clubs are one of a kind. Children can help themselves to a snack as soon as they arrive before exploring a range of activities and games or settling down to get some homework done. We have teatime at 4:15, followed by an optional activity hour led by one of our amazing activity leaders.
Activities change weekly and include options such as dodgeball, zorbs, bouncy castles, mini archery, football, nerf, VR headsets and many more. Children always have the option to participate in other activities too! They can play in the Construction Zone, get creative in the Creative Zone, do some more activities in the Active Zone or get cozy in the Chill Out Zone and read books, draw or do some homework.

Timings & Procedures
Breakfast Club – 7:30am – 8:30am.
Sign in: When you arrive, you will be greeted by a Cascade Kids staff member, who will sign in your child. Once signed in, the staff member and your child will head into the Club, where they will be presented with a tasty selection of Breakfast options, an activity and the morning Wake’n’Shake! After Breakfast Club, a Cascade Kids staff member will escort all EYFS and Key Stage 1 children to their classes. Key Stage 2 children will make their own way to class.

After School Club – 3:00pm – 6:00pm.
Sign in: Once school finishes, a staff member from the school will escort all EYFS and Key Stage 1 children to the After School Club. All Key Stage 2 children will make their own way to the Club and will be met and signed in by a Cascade Kids staff member. If you have booked on the day, then you must ensure both the school and Cascade Kids are informed, in order to ensure your child is brought to the Club.
Sign out: You are required to present a codeword when signing out your children. This codeword is required and is set by you during the registration process. If someone other than the named parent/carer on the registration will be collecting, they must know the codeword. If the codeword is not presented, we will not dismiss the child to that person.

We offer a sibling discount of 10% for all siblings that are booked at the same time (on the same booking). This discount is automatically applied. Please see our prices and timings below:

Terms & Conditions & Medication
It is important that you familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions, particularly if your child requires medication to be kept at school.
All medication indicated on your child’s profile must be made available to Cascade Kids staff. This medication may be held by either the host school or Cascade Kids, however, Cascade Kids will always require the medication to be signed in on a Cascade Kids Medication Form.

Allergies
At our Breakfast & After School clubs we will provide your child with healthy and balanced breakfasts and snacks throughout the school year. If your child has any allergies, it’s crucial that you include these as part of their details during registration and booking.

Kids can enjoy a variety of engaging options that change daily and weekly, such as dodgeball, invasion games, zorbs, bouncy castle, mini archery, football, nerf, VR headsets and many more that are sure to keep them active and entertained.
Children always have the option to participate in other activities too! They can play in the Construction Zone, get creative in the Creative Zone, do some more activities in the Active Zone or get cozy and unwind in a quieter space with the Chill Out Zone where they can read books, draw or do some homework.
